 INSTRUCCION OF TJHE MACHINE
- Disassemble the compound rest and slide from the cross-slide.
- Clean carefully both surface of swivel base and base plate of the attachment.
- Use lofting equipment to move the attachment carefully over the top of the swivel base .
- Adjust to the right position and use the original 4 bolts to fix it temporarily.
- Tighten the bolts after completion of the alignment.
CONNECTION OF THE MACHINE TO THE ELECTRIC SUPPLY
Before connecting power to the machine, please make sure the current supply(voltage & frequency) conforms to that machine.
(Marked on the name plate mounted on the rear of the machine body)
- Set the power source to "off" position.
- Loosen the screws of the terminals R.S.T. on the main power connector.
- Draw the supply cables to the terminals, insert and tighten each screw.
- Set the power source to "on" position and check the indicating lamps to see if the main power indicating lamp is "on".
- Verify the electric connection as follows:
(It is recommended to remove wheel, finger(=adapter) from spindle before starting motor)
- Set the motor switch to "on" position.
- Check if the rotating direction of the spindle conforms to sketch 1. if not, exchange terminal position of any 2 wires.
